The singer from Tirana, Arsi Bako, with the song “Ray of fire”, is the winner of the third edition of the Song Festival on RTK, an evening that was marked by strong competition and excellent performances.
The creation with a rock spirit, with lyrics and music by Gjergj Kaçinari, while the orchestration under the direction of Alfred Kaçinari, was rated as the best of this edition by the professional jury headed by the well-known composer Xhevdet Gashi.
The second prize was awarded to Florent Abrashi with the song “I and you”, while the third place was awarded to Arjeta Palushaj with “Andrra”.
The winning song “Fire Ray” was singled out for Arsi Bako’s powerful vocals and emotional interpretation.
The third edition also brought accolades for other artists: Art Lokaj, with the song “Ty”, won the Orchestra Award; Teuta Halili, with “Amin”, was awarded the Silver Pen.
The evening was enriched by the presence of special guests, well-known artists of the Albanian scene who brought special performances outside the competition, giving the festival an even more festive and dynamic atmosphere.
The RTK Song Festival, already an important music event in the country, proved this year its role in promoting new talents and supporting established artists, offering a production of high television standards.
