The High Prosecutor’s Office in Prague stated that both new detainees are foreigners.
So far, it is known that five people were detained, four of them were sent to a detention cell by the Pardubice District Court in recent days, the fourth – an American citizen – was, according to the information so far, in preliminary detention in Slovakia.
The Slovak police stated that, in cooperation with the Office of International Police Cooperation, they are taking procedural actions aimed at extraditing the detained American woman to the Czech Republic.
Police officers from the National Center against Terrorism, Extremism and Cybercrime (NCTEKK) accuse the detained people of a terrorist attack and participation in a terrorist group.
The fire broke out in the Pardubice industrial complex on the morning of Friday, March 20. He destroyed the hall and seriously damaged the adjacent administrative building of the company LPP Holding, which produces, among other things, drones for Ukraine.
The alleged anti-Israel group The Earthquake Faction claimed responsibility for the fire. According to the media, the security forces are also working with the variant that it is a so-called false flag operation, that is, that the alleged group actually represents a cover for another entity or a state actor.
