According to her, Lapin was in the investigative committee building for questioning and before falling he requested a toilet break.
Footage of the incident is circulating on social networks, in which a man can be seen first sitting on the windowsill and after about twenty seconds jumping directly onto the roof of the building, which collapses below him.

The fact that it was Lapin who fell out of the window was reported by the local Telegram channel Prospect Mira, with a reference to the source of the security services. He stated that Lapina was being investigated by the Russian Federation for bribery. It was supposed to concern the deputy mayor of the city Alexeje Davydov.
