Strategic Group. and Ocean B Holding, headquartered in Qatar, have signed a strategic cooperation framework aimed at identifying, developing and advancing public and private capital investment opportunities in Kosovo and Albania, with a targeted investment portfolio of up to US$2 billion.
In the framework of this cooperation, Ocean B Holding has officially authorized Strategic Group to represent its investment interests and advance strategic opportunities in Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia and other Southeast European markets. The mandate gives the Strategic Group the right to identify and evaluate investment opportunities, engage with governments and private sector actors, organize high-level meetings and facilitate discussions and negotiations regarding potential investments.
The partnership will focus on sectors with the potential for significant and long-term economic impact, including energy, oil and gas, mining, power generation, health and major infrastructure development. Ocean B Holding collaborates internationally with investors, financial institutions, strategic partners and governments to identify, develop, finance and implement large-scale projects.
