The MPs of the opposition in Kosovo addressed the empty hall of the Assembly again this Saturday to request a solution to the institutional blockade. The representatives of the opposition parties PDK and AAK demanded from LVV and LDK, the immediate calling of the new parliament.
Faced with this tense situation, the former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has put on the table the proposal of the President’s mandate to be given to Hashim Thaçi, after his expected return to Kosovo on September 16, when the final decision for the leaders of the KLA will be given.
“Every 48 hours a hearing must be called. If Kurti’s regime wants a solution, to be honest, it is in the honor of this legislature, but also of every legislature, that we continue President Thaçi’s mandate”, said Haradinaj.
Meanwhile, in Pristina, the “Liria ka Emër” platform was established together with the “Waiting Hour”, 25 days before September 16. At the ceremony of placing the screen, the chairman of PDK, Bedri Hamza, said that “Hour of Waiting” is a symbol of waiting for families and all of Kosovo.
