A person lost his life on Monday evening in the village of Zlipotok in Dragash, Prizren after a fight between several people.
According to the police, the victim is suspected to have previously suffered injuries from a sharp instrument.
He was sent for medical treatment to the Main Center of Family Medicine (QKMF) in Dragash, where the doctor on duty found him dead. The victim is suspected to be an imam in this municipality.
“After the arrival of the medical team from Dragash KKMF, the doctor in charge has determined the death of the victim, GT, a 47-year-old man from Zlipotoku i Dragash”, it is stated in a police report that is in front of KosovaPress.
The suspect, according to law enforcement, has been identified as BH, a 40-year-old man from Zlipotoku. Since Monday evening, the police are undertaking intensive actions to locate and arrest him. The relevant units of the Police Station in Dragash, the commander of the station, and the Regional Investigation Unit in Prizren were notified at the scene, which was later joined by other police units. Investigations are underway in coordination with the state prosecutor, while the case has been initiated as “Serious Murder”.
