Babiš puts pressure on donor countries because of time. The delivery of the aircraft to Hungary, which ordered the machines in 2022, took three years. If Ukraine were to order the machines now, it could get them in 2028-2029 at the earliest, writes the Defense Express website.
The proposal will focus on Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands and Belgium, because they were the first to transfer their F-16 fighters to Ukraine.
Not only the delivery dates, but also the costs for the delivery of ten L-39NG Skyfox machines have not yet been published. According to an estimate, ten of these machines could cost Ukraine 250–300 million dollars.
