68 Palestinians tried to get to Israel in a garbage truck

Footage from the crime scene shows Palestinians crammed into a truck. They were crammed on top of each other among the garbage. Within a few minutes, as soon as they were discovered, the policemen gradually got them out, while garbage fell from the vehicle.

“The garbage truck driver transported dozens of Palestinian illegal immigrants who were placed in a garbage compactor. The Palestinians were on their way to various cities in the country, but the driver’s plan was thwarted by security operations,” Israeli police said. According to the jns website, the men were heading to the cities of Netanya, Tel Aviv and Rishon LeZion.

A roughly 30-year-old man from the Israeli town of Kafr Kasim was detained and taken for questioning. The police claim that he does not even have a driver’s license to drive this type of vehicle.

The Cross-Samaria Checkpoint is located at a strategic location where Highway 5 and Highway 505 cross, and serves to regulate movement between Israeli settlements in northern Samaria and the interior of Israel.
